Why add seeds??

I add seeds to pretty much every smoothie, salad or oatmeal bowl I make! They add so many nutrients & are so easy to throw on top of whatever you are having. Some of my favorites are

Chia seeds - rich in fiber, antioxidants & heart-healthy omega -3 fatty acids

Flax seeds - loaded with omega-3, lignans & fiber

Hemp seeds - is super high in protein, omegas 3 & 6 & essential fatty acids
