5 Minute Bliss Balls

Simple Bliss Balls!

These delicious and raw energy balls are the perfect snack or treat! They are satisfying, delicious and loaded with nutrients!

Ingredients

  •   1/3 cup of peanut butter or another nut butter

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds

  • 1/3 cup of cranberries

  • 1 cup of pitted dates

  •    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. salt & cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Instructions

1.  In food processor add in dates, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and coconut

2. Add in peanut butter, vanilla, chia seeds

4. Mix until combined

5.  Pinch off a tablespoon ball using a spoon or cookie scoop

6. Roll into a ball then continue with the rest of the mixture

7. Store in an airtight container for 1 week in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer
