Healthy Brownie Bites
These brownie bites have been my recent go-to when I’m in need of some chocolate but also want a treat that is going to make me feel good!
They are made with minimal ingredients but are nutrient dense and are packed with protein & hormone balancing ingredients like maca, ground flax and cacao!
Ingredients!
• ¾ cup almond or coconut flour,
• ¾ cup raw cacao powder
• ¾ cup smooth almond butter
• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 2 tbsp of maca (optional)
• ½ cup cacao nibs (can sub chocolate chips)
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
• ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
• I tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
option to add in unflavored collagen or protein!
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl
2. Mix together until completely incorporated
3. Scoop and roll into about 17 balls. Store in the fridge or freezer
4. Enjoy!
