Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Not only is it super tasty, but it also only required a few simple ingredients. This is definitely one of those recipes that you can make for all of your guests, and they’d never guess it uses clean ingredients.

To make this even easier, you’ll use cooked chicken – I used rotisserie to save me the time of doing it myself (plus, it’s always super flavorful). I usually snag mine at Natural Grocers and look for an organic, free range version to make sure I’m getting the highest quality without hormones or antibiotics.

Ingredients

  •  2 ½ cups cooked chicken, chopped (I used rotisserie)

  •  ½ cup mayo (I recommend primal kitchen)

  •  ½ tsp garlic powder

  •  ½ tsp smoked paprika

  •  ½ tsp onion powder

  •  ¼ tsp black pepper

  •  pinch of salt (not much )

  •  Tortillas (I used siete almond flour tortillas)

  •  Cabbage

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Add chicken, mayo, and spices to a bowl. Mix to combine completely.

3. Pour into a small casserole dish, and spread into an even layer.

4. Bake for 20 minutes, until dip is hot and bubbling.

5. Allow to cool slightly and put into tortilla

6. Add cabbage and avocado if you’d like

Enjoy!
