Finding a balanced lifestyle transformed my life.
For years I struggled to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Like most women, I associated being “healthy” with working out really hard and being super strict with my diet, but eventually it took a toll on my physical and mental health. It also took a toll on my hormone health. After struggling with missed periods, poor sleep, constant fatigue and horrible PMS symptoms I was determined to find another way to be healthy because listening to diet culture and following the “eat less, workout more” motto was NOT working for me.
Finding balance with exercising and focusing on intuitive eating was where I learned how to start making positive changes for my health and myself and when I became the happiest and healthiest I have ever been! I listen to my body, eat according to my cycle, prioritize rest and focus on balance in every aspect of my life. I implemented these things as lifestyle changes, and not as quick fixes and I have never looked back.
I have a consistent and regular period, I have more energy than I ever have and I am a happier and healthier person.
In 2021 I graduated with my degree in Nutrition and began seeing clients for nutrition but quickly after I decided wanted to get further education in women’s health specifically so I decided to become a certified hormone specialist. For the past couple of years I have been seeing clients who are trying to balance hormones, transition off birth control, struggling with infertility, navigating peri menopause, wanting to cycle sync and so much more! Getting to be a part of other people’s health journeys is one of my favorite things and helping people become the healthiest versions of themselves both physically and mentally is my biggest passion.
